Chelsea is a warm and empathic Clinical Psychology Registrar. She completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at The University of Sydney and a Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University.
As therapy can be a vulnerable but rewarding experience, Chelsea brings compassion, curiosity, and humour where appropriate to create a safe space to explore your experiences. Chelsea has experience working in private practice, inpatient settings, and crisis support. She enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and families.
To assist clients in meeting their unique therapeutic goals, Chelsea draws upon the following evidence-based treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Therapy, and Family-Based Therapy for eating disorders.
Chelsea provides psychological treatment the people experiencing the following mental health concerns:
Eating Disorders including anorexia, bulimia and binge eating

Anxiety disorders including Panic Disorder, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety and Generalised Anxiety

Chelsea does specific work helping people with eating disorders. She is trained in family based therapy (FBT) and CBT for Eating Disorders (CBT-E).
Monday: 10am - 5pm
Thursday: 10am-6pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
