Georgia has a genuine and empathetic therapeutic style, committed to providing a non-judgemental space to achieve therapeutic goals through evidence-based psychological therapy.

Georgia is a Clinical Psychologist who completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), as well as previous studies in psychology at Macquarie University (MQ), Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP), and the University of Sydney (USYD). She has interest in health psychology, having completed research in the areas of gambling and substance addictions, and clinical experience in a specialist drug service.

Georgia works with a range of client concerns and psychological difficulties, including:

  • Depression and low mood

  • Anxiety including Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Generalised Anxiety

  • Substance use

  • Behavioural addictions including gambling addiction, pornography addiction, gaming addiction and more

  • Chronic pain and chronic health conditions

  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and trauma

  • Complex Trauma

  • Emotion dysregulation concerns

  • Burnout and stress and more

In her work with the Black Dog Institute, Georgia has also developed specialist knowledge in the treatment of burnout, specifically in health professionals. Georgia utilises her skills in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to provide tailored therapies to meet the needs and goals of the individual.

Outside of the therapy space, Georgia enjoys sports and spending time exploring the outdoors, trying her hand at anything crafty, and spending time with friends and family.
