Nic Fifield
Nicholas is a Clinical Psychology Registrar dedicated to providing warm, empathetic, and client-centred care. Utilising evidence-based approaches, he tailors treatment to children, adolescents, and adults to support meaningful and lasting change.
With experience spanning military, hospital, and private clinical settings, Nicholas brings a wealth of experience to his practice. He has a good understanding of stressors that come from everyday life through to those resulting from exposure to volatile, uncertain, complex, and austere environments.
Nicholas completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) at the University of Melbourne in 2013, followed by Diplomas in Nursing and Paramedical Science from the Wodonga Institute of TAFE in 2016. Furthering this expertise, he earned a Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced from Monash University in 2020 and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Western Sydney University in 2022.
Nicholas holds general registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and membership in the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).

In his clinical practise, Nicholas utilises a range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Problem Solving Therapy (PST), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
