Program Overview
Neurodivergent adults often appear competent on the outside while managing significant internal strain. This structured 6-week group is designed for neurodivergent adults who want practical, sustainable strategies for work, relationships and daily life. This is a reflective and skills-based program. Participants will build insight into experiences of neurodiversity, develop ways to reduce overwhelm and develop strategies to improve their quality of life.
Throughout this program, participants will:
Explore the personal and professional challenges associated with neurodiversity
Strengthen emotional regulation using the thought–emotion–behaviour–body framework.
Gain strategies for assistance with motivation and task completion
Build social understanding and communication skills
Develop an understanding of personal values and goals
Develop a personalised plan to address challenges in work and life
Program Structure
6 consecutive weekly sessions (60 minutes each), starting Tues 31st March
Delivered via Zoom, 6-7pm
20-30 minute individual session with the facilitator prior to commencement of group
This Program Is Suitable For Adults Who:
Experience ongoing challenges despite appearing capable.
Suspect or identify as ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, gifted, or neurodivergent.
Are seeking to learn new information and skills about managing the challenges inherent with being neurodivergent
Are willing and able to participate in a group setting.
